Enfinity Global is seeking a highly organized Asset Project Manager to join our Asset Management team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful transition of new projects from development through to operational handover, developing, maintaining, and governing integrated project schedules, ensuring alignment with milestones and driving timely execution across all project phases.

Competenze

Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
3-5 years in project management for EPC or infrastructure projects (renewables preferred).
Proficiency in ERP (Netsuite) / Microsoft Project; advanced Excel; Power BI a plus.
Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary stakeholders and drive accountability.

Mansioni

Assist Asset Managers with execution planning and coordination.
Analyze resources (in house / outsourced) to ensure timely project delivery.
Lead RFQ process, award, and contract negotiation ensuring quality, safety, budget and schedule compliance.
Manage administrative / payment matters related to Project Execution.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and progress; provide regular reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Asset Management, O&M, Finance, Legal, HSE, and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
