Enfinity Global is seeking an Asset Project Manager to steer projects from development through handover. You will develop and govern integrated schedules, align milestones, and drive timely execution across AM Europe, O&M, Finance, Legal, and external stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years in renewables project management, strong coordination skills, and fluency in English and Italian. You’ll report to the Head of AM Europe and work within a dynamic, multinational team, with exposure to ERP

Competenze

Bachelor in Industrial/Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3–5 years in project management for EPC or renewables.
Proficiency in Netsuite ERP, MS Project, and advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus.
Fluent in English and Italian; strong communication skills.

Mansioni

Assist Asset Managers with execution planning and coordination.
Analyze resources to ensure timely delivery.
Lead RFQ process, supplier selection, and contracts.
Manage administrative and payment matters for projects.
Support spare parts management and internal systems.
Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and progress; report.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments.
Ensure compliance with contracts and regulations.
Build Work Breakdown Structure aligned with the plan.
Prepare weekly/monthly critical-path updates.
Standardize reporting formats across projects.
Report on critical paths and float.
Liaise with Global Asset Management and regional Construction teams.
Coordinate major repair activities across engineering, permitting, procurement, logistics, construction, commissioning.
