ILOS is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to drive the commercial delivery of renewable energy projects from late‑stage development through construction, handover and early operations. You will oversee budgets, liquidity, risks and commercial reporting while coordinating with Development, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Finance and external partners.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading complex renewable energy or capital‑intensive projects through development, financing and delivery.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding including budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX planning, liquidity, modelling and reporting.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder interfaces across development, engineering, procurement, construction, finance and external partners.
• Knowledge of contracts, commercial negotiations and delivery agreements (EPC, TSA, balance of plant, O&M, grid, PPA).
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication with management, investors, lenders and advisers.
• Decisive leadership in critical situations with risk mitigation and prioritisation.
• Structured, proactive, with analytical and problem‑solving skills and governance focus.
• Ability to grasp complex technical, commercial and financial matters and challenge assumptions constructively.
• Strong data quality discipline and continuous improvement mindset.

• Lead projects from late-stage development through construction, commissioning, handover and start of operations, with delivery against timelines, budgets, liquidity and margins.
• Coordinate the project team, ensure clear responsibilities, regular communication and timely decisions.
• Manage project budgets, CAPEX, OPEX, liquidity and guarantees; maintain cost forecasts and data in ILOS systems.
• Maintain the financial model and ensure valuation, assumptions and reporting reflect project status.
• Assess techno-economic options to optimise each project from cost, timing, liquidity and risk perspectives.
• Deliver clear project reporting to management and stakeholders; develop mitigation for deviations.
• Oversee internal approvals (Channel Decisions, investment requests, contracts) within approved frameworks.
• Coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, project finance, sale and offtake.
• Ensure key contracts (EPC, technical and commercial management, insurance) are in place on time.
• Support negotiations and manage commercial interfaces across TSA, balance of plant, O&M, grid, and PPA.
• Coordinate due diligence, maintain data room and provide timely information to investors, lenders and advisers.
• Support discussions with investors/lenders and act as primary commercial contact after sale; coordinate with EPC PM on technical matters.
• Manage post‑COD activities until TSA takeover or PAC; assist handover to commercial and technical management.
