Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to implement and optimize lab automation and IT solutions. Based in Italy with remote work, you’ll support installation, configuration, and integration, deliver training, and provide on-site and remote support. Expect 50–70% travel across Italy/Europe and close collaboration with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and laboratory workflows.
• Proficiency with IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with training delivery ability.
• Fluency in Italian and English, plus an EU language (Spanish, French, or German).
• Willingness to travel 50–70% across Italy or Europe and adaptable hours.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective adoption.
• Analyze workflows and identify automation improvement opportunities.
• Act as a technical expert supporting customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, R&D to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain documentation of system activities and improvements.
