Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist based in Italy. You will support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and IT systems while delivering on-site and remote support to ensure reliability, performance, and user proficiency.

You will collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D teams, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and laboratory workflows.
• Proficiency with relevant IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies.
• Fluency in Italian and English, plus an additional EU language (Spanish, French, or German).
• Travel 50–70% across Italy or Europe and flexible hours as needed.

Mansioni

• Support the installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers, ensuring effective system adoption and user proficiency.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation improvements.
• Act as a technical expert in automation solutions, supporting both customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards in all implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, PMO, Service, R&D) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of system activities, performance, and continuous improvement actions.
