Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of the Danaher family, seeks a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to support installation, configuration, and integration of laboratory automation and IT solutions. You will provide on-site and remote technical support, train users, and ensure system performance across Italy and Europe.

The role requires strong IT and diagnostic knowledge, fluency in Italian and English, and 50–70% travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• Experience with laboratory automation and diagnostic systems.
• Strong communication and training skills with customers.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, validate, and integrate laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for system reliability.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers on system use.
• Collaborate across Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D to ensure project success.
