Jobgether SRL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong medical billing expertise, based in Italy and working remotely. The role blends hands-on revenue cycle management with candidate sourcing, screening, and evaluation to support U.S.

physical, occupational, and speech therapy practices. You will build reliable candidate pipelines, assess billing proficiency, and coordinate interviews while upholding HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on medical billing experience covering full revenue cycle, including charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denials, appeals, and A/R follow-up.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and build talent pipelines for medical billing and RCM candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct technical screening focusing on billing workflows, payer knowledge, EMR systems, and therapy-specific billing expertise.
• Administer and score skills assessments using established rubrics to determine candidate readiness for roles.
• Coordinate hiring activities: present shortlisted candidates, arrange interviews, manage follow-ups, and support onboarding and replacement searches.
• Improve recruitment quality by refining billing assessments and scoring standards.
