Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Medical Insurance Credentialing Specialist based in Italy to manage provider enrollment, credentialing, and claims in a remote setting. You will coordinate with payers, providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely reimbursement.

You will oversee credentialing applications, renewals, and audits, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer policies while optimizing the revenue cycle and reducing denials.

Qualifications

• Hands-on credentialing and billing experience.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding and payer policies.
• Familiarity with credentialing portals and EHR systems.
• Ability to comply with HIPAA, CMS and NCQA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare submissions for new providers and re-credentialing timely.
• Handle claims management, denials, and appeals with accuracy.
• Verify eligibility, enrollments, and payer-specific deadlines.
• Maintain credentialing logs, trackers, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with providers and payer teams to resolve issues.
