Deel is seeking a Senior Tech Lead for US Payroll to architect and scale an enterprise-grade platform serving SMBs to large enterprises. You will partner with the Director of Engineering to shape architecture, drive key technical decisions, and uphold engineering excellence.

You will mentor engineers, reinforce a high-performance culture, and own engineering processes at scale, delivering cross-cutting improvements and migrations.

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
