Deel is seeking an Operations Manager to own automation and AI-driven improvements across its payroll workflows. You’ll lead end-to-end initiatives, build and test AI-powered processes, and partner with engineering, product, and ops teams to surface leadership-ready insights and drive efficiency at scale.

This hands-on role emphasizes proactive problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring small teams.

Competenze

• 5+ years of operations experience in fast-paced settings.
• Comfort with building and troubleshooting AI workflows.
• Engineering background or equivalent technical exposure.
• Experience mentoring small to mid-sized teams.
