GoodWe Europe is seeking a Service Engineer Italy to deliver Level 2 technical support for solar PV and BESS products. You will work remotely from Italy, collaborate with distributors, installation partners and the HQ service and R&D teams to resolve complex issues and drive customer satisfaction.
You will organize technical training, conduct on-site commissioning, and support sales growth. A technical background, at least 3 years in technical support, fluency in Italian and English, and
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree or professional certification in electrical engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years in technical support within an engineering environment.
- Fluent in Italian and English; able to travel.
Mansioni
- Provide Level 2 technical support for solar/PV/BESS products and respond to overseas inquiries.
- Organize and deliver technical training programs for different customer groups.
- Conduct on-site commissioning and debugging at customer sites; ensure stable operation.
- Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and support expansion.
