GoodWe is seeking a Service Engineer in Italy (remote) to join our Europe regional team. You will support Level 2 technical issues for solar/PV/BESS products and assist the local Level 1 hotline with escalations.

You will train L1 staff, collaborate with partners and R&D, and help position GoodWe as a Tier 1 service provider in Europe. A technical degree and 3+ years in tech support are preferred, with willingness to travel.

Competenze

• Degree or cert in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience in technical support or engineering environment.
• Interest in solar PV and energy storage is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide Level 2 technical support for solar/PV/BESS products to overseas markets.
• Organize and deliver technical training programs for customers and partners.
• On-site commissioning and debugging at project sites as required.
• Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and support growth.
