GoodWe is seeking a Service Engineer Italy (m/f/d) to deliver Level 2 technical support for solar/PV/BESS products. This remote role serves overseas markets and collaborates with L1 teams, R&D, and HQ to ensure top‑tier service and customer satisfaction.

You will train L1 staff, support installations, and assist with commissioning at project sites across Europe. You will join a dynamic Europe regional team; travel as needed, communicate in Italian and English, and contribute to building GoodWe

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or professional certification in electrical engineering or related field.
Fluent in Italian and English.
At least 3 years of experience in technical support or similar role.
Willingness to travel internationally.

Mansioni

Take full responsibility for technical support of solar/PV/BESS products for overseas markets and provide professional product consultation.
Organize and deliver technical training programs for different customer groups.
Conduct on-site commissioning and debugging at customer project sites, ensuring stable operation.
Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and support sales expansion.
