Holidu is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Italy Northwest to drive growth in Milan. You will reach out to hosts, manage the full sales cycle, and meet monthly targets while traveling to key regions. The role offers a dynamic, international team environment and a competitive OTE.

We value over 5 years of sales experience, strong English and Italian skills, and a proactive, solution-focused attitude. Hybrid work model with in-office presence in Milan and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional sales experience.
• Fluent in English; near-native Italian skills are preferred.
• Driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies (mostly by cold calling) to find out if Holidu is the right solution for their needs.
• Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Be rigorous in activity tracking and monitor your completion of monthly targets.
• Conduct regular business trips to your focus regions and gain valuable market insights.
• Support the onboarding process of new team members and share your knowledge with other international sales teams at Holidu.
