Holidu is expanding its Italy presence and seeks a Senior Sales Manager based remotely in Milan. You will drive outreach to vacation rental owners, manage end-to-end sales, and contribute to regional growth with a strong focus on results.

You bring 5+ years in sales or business development, excellent Italian and fluent English, and a proactive, organized approach. The role offers a hybrid setup with regular regional travel and team collaboration across offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in sales, or business development.
• High level of self-motivation and ability to persuade hosts over the phone and in person.
• Positive mindset towards new challenges and strong interpersonal relationships.
• Solution-driven attitude with organized work approach.
• Preferred: experience in sales or account management, travel industry or online business.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies (mostly by cold calling).
• Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Monitor monthly targets and maintain rigorous activity tracking.
• Conduct regular business trips within focus regions for market insights.
• Support onboarding of new team members and share knowledge with other sales teams.
• Help organise events to promote Holidu and build a hosts community.
