Job summary

Holidu is looking for a mid-level Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle with vacation rental hosts in Alta Valtellina. You will build a local network, run prospecting, meetings, and contract closing, and lead post-sale growth initiatives.

You will travel to the Milan office quarterly to collaborate with the team, while enjoying a remote setup. The role rewards revenue growth with a compelling OTE and growth potential within a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• A self-starter with motivation to work in the field.
• Strong networking and communication skills; able to persuade hosts.
• Commercial drive to grow revenue and retain customers.
• Positive, empathic and solution-driven attitude, organized work.
• Languages: near native Italian and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Build your own network by generating leads and establishing a local presence.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts.
• Spend most time in the field with business trips and events.
• Coordinate go-live and onboarding with product/content teams.
• Own post-sales relationships to retain and grow accounts.
• Analyze performance data to drive revenue and hit targets.
• Travel to Milan office one week per quarter.
