Holidu is seeking a motivated Account Executive to own the complete commercial relationship with hosts in Alta Valtellina, from winning new customers to growing revenue and long-term retention. You will work remotely from Bormio/Livigno and travel to Milan quarterly for team collaboration as we expand in Italy.

The role offers an OTE of €41,000–€48,260 gross per year, with 70% fixed and 30% variable. You will report to the Milan Sales Team and partner with product and content teams to drive

• Languages: near native Italian and fluent English.

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch face-to-face, close contracts.
• Build and manage a local network of hosts across Alta Valtellina.
• Travel frequently within Alta Valtellina and to Milan for collaboration.
• Coordinate onboarding with product/content teams to set up growth.
