Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Paid Ads Specialist (Google + Meta) based in Italy to own full paid acquisition across Google and Meta. You will manage >$100k/month ad spend, build campaigns from scratch, and drive new-customer revenue while optimizing CAC.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on paid acquisition experience.
• Proven experience managing $50k+ monthly Google Ads spend.
• Knowledge of automated bidding (ROAS/CPA) and Performance Max.
• Experience building Meta advertising from scratch.
• Understanding of unit economics and CAC payback.
• Ability to build audiences from first‑party data and research.
• Creative ideation with a portfolio.
• Experience with incrementality tests and attribution windows.
• Ability to hire/brief/manage freelancers or agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid acquisition process from research to revenue reporting.
• Manage and scale Google Ads across multiple formats >$100k/mo.
• Build Meta campaigns from scratch and optimize structure.
• Research customer insights to guide messaging and creatives.
• Produce AI-driven creatives with designers as needed.
• Set budgets and targets using unit economics and payback.
• Design structured experiments with clear hypotheses and metrics.
• Ensure tracking across GA4/GTM/Conversions API; troubleshoot data issues.
• Source and manage freelancers/agencies for performance needs.
• Propose and test new paid channels with clear success criteria.
• Report weekly on spend, new customers, CAC, revenue.
