TFS HealthScience, a leading global mid‑size CRO, is hiring a Senior Director Business Development for the DIID team. This home‑based role supports Dermatology, Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases across Europe.

You will drive business development strategy, client retention, and coordination of activities across accounts and BD staff while expanding key markets. The role requires extensive BD experience, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently within a

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or highly relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of clinical research and/or sales experience.
• Considerable sales experience of more than 5 years with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities.

Mansioni

• Initiate, coordinate and develop strategic plans and sales strategies within a specified territory or accounts.
• Meet annual sales goals and objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and respond to RFIs/RFPs with internal teams.
• Coordinate and monitor budget negotiations and post‑award activities.
• Establish and maintain regular contact with future and current clients.
• Develop account strategies and expand through existing accounts.
• Manage and mentor junior BD team members where appropriate.
