Job summary

Esko, a Veralto company, seeks a Renewal Operations Specialist to ensure smooth renewal cycles for recurring software and hardware across EMEA. The role is fully remote and can be based in Spain, Italy, Czech Republic or Portugal, reporting to the Team Leader EMEA Renewals.

You will prepare renewal proposals, liaise with resellers on pricing and status, and coordinate contract amendments with cross-functional teams to prevent lapses and ensure accurate quotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative, sales support, order management, contract administration or customer service role in a B2B environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Experience working with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Prepare service contract renewal proposals for software and hardware, using existing contract data and following a defined process.
• Serve as the main point of contact for resellers across EMEA on renewal pricing, contract status and orders.
• Anticipate renewals and move each through internal and partner steps to avoid lapses.
• Coordinate contract amendments, co-terming requests and subscription adjustments with Sales, Aftercare, Finance and Order Management.
