Vertiv is looking for a Service Technology Engineer – Power to enhance performance and reliability of Power products. This role involves collaborating with engineering and technical support teams to validate data accuracy and troubleshoot complex issues, with a focus on New Product Development and Integration.

The position is remote with occasional travel. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least five years of experience in a technical role within data centers.

Competenze

• Minimum of five years of experience in a technical capacity within data center environments.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to Power systems.
• Experience with product lifecycle processes and collaboration with engineering teams.

Mansioni

• Analyze system data to improve performance and reliability of Power products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and troubleshooting.
• Lead onboarding of new products into Digital Services platforms.
