Lever, Inc. is seeking a creative Playable Ads Editor based in Italy to transform concepts into interactive ads. You’ll work with Unity, HTML5, Cocos, or similar tools, taking ideas from prototype to polished builds in a remote environment.

You’ll balance creative impact with technical specs and ad-network requirements while collaborating with designers and US-based strategists to drive paid media performance across a high-volume workflow.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience creating playable advertisements is essential.
• Strong traditional video or creative editing skills and a solid understanding of advertising creative principles.
• Practical experience with Unity or comparable tools used to develop interactive advertising experiences.
• Familiarity with HTML5, Cocos, or similar technologies is advantageous.
• Understanding of simple game mechanics and the ability to adapt them specifically for advertising purposes.
• Strong creative judgment and a sharp eye for identifying the characteristics that make paid advertising creative engaging and effective.
• Ability to translate strategic and creative direction into polished, production-ready interactive ads.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers and creative strategists across different locations and time zones.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative production workflows simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented approach to quality assurance, technical requirements, and final creative delivery.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining reliable communication and delivery timelines.

• Build interactive playable advertisements using Unity, HTML5, Cocos, or similar development and creative tools.
• Translate creative concepts and strategic direction into engaging, functional playable ad experiences.
