Jobgether is seeking a Performance Video Editor (Contractor) to craft high-impact short-form ads for Meta platforms from Italy. You will work remotely with the VP of Growth, refining edits based on performance data and feedback.

The role emphasizes storytelling, pacing, and AI-assisted production to drive customer acquisition. Expect to edit 1–2 minute ads, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple projects in ClickUp.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of hands-on DTC paid social ads with proven results.
• Experience editing UGC-style ads for paid social campaigns.
• Strong storytelling with hooks, pacing, cuts, and sound design.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing 1–2 minute Meta ads, including UGC-style and AI-assisted vids.
• Transform scripts, raw footage, and assets into persuasive content with hooks and pacing.
• Create concepts that capture attention and support direct-to-consumer goals.
• Produce AI voiceovers and AI-generated scenes to speed up production.
• Ensure captions match scripts and maintain consistency across assets.
• Incorporate feedback from leadership and apply learnings to future outputs.
• Monitor ad performance and adjust editing strategies based on insights.
• Manage projects via ClickUp and meet deadlines with quality.
