Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Direct Response Video Editor based in Italy to produce short-form video ads for paid social campaigns. You will transform UGC, testimonials, product demos, and founder footage into conversion-focused assets, while collaborating with growth and creative teams to test hooks and messages.

You will leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, and production, and you will create static ads to support rapid testing and scale.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience editing direct response video advertisements for DTC brands.
• Strong portfolio showing paid social video advertising and performance storytelling.
• Experience designing static ad creatives for Meta campaigns.
• Proficient with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop for static assets.
• Solid understanding of hooks, CTAs, and conversion-focused advertising.
• Copywriting experience for scripts and ad copy.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools (ChatGPT, Runway, Pika).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver several assets per week.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Performance-driven mindset and willingness to experiment.

Responsibilities

• Direct response video editing: Produce short-form ads for Meta, TikTok and other paid platforms.
• Edit UGC, testimonials, product demos, and founder-led videos into conversion-focused ads.
• Develop hooks, CTAs, and messaging angles to support testing.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and production.
• Write or adapt scripts and ad copy to communicate benefits and prompt action.
• Create high-converting static creatives for paid social campaigns.
• Use templates and production systems for consistent, on-brand assets.
• Source, organize, and manage UGC, stock footage, and B-roll.
• Collaborate with strategists and growth teams on campaign objectives.
• Incorporate feedback to improve creatives and maintain output volume.
• Manage multiple creative assignments and meet deadlines.
