Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Performance Video Editor for remote work in Italy. You will craft short-form Meta ads, transform scripts and AI assets into engaging content, and collaborate with the VP Growth to optimize performance.

The role is a full-time contractor, with about six videos per month, CET ±2h overlap and access to Adobe software and AI tools. Prior ads experience, health/wellness brand knowledge, and English communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing hands-on experience creating and editing direct-to-consumer paid social ads, preferably for Meta platforms.
• Experience editing UGC-style ads with knowledge of hooks and pacing for paid social campaigns.
• Strong storytelling instincts: identify hooks, control pacing, and craft compelling cuts with music and sound design.
• Familiarity with AI-powered production, including AI voiceovers and AI-generated scenes (Higgsfield, Runway, etc.).
• Attention to detail: proofreading captions, following scripts, and applying feedback.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing short-form Meta video ads (1–2 minutes), including UGC and AI-driven content.
• Transform scripts, raw footage, and assets into persuasive advertising content with hooks and pacing.
• Create and refine video concepts to capture attention and drive direct-to-consumer acquisition.
• Generate AI voiceovers and AI-generated scenes when needed to streamline production.
• Ensure captions match scripts with high accuracy and consistency.
• Incorporate VP of Growth feedback and iterate on future outputs.
• Monitor ad performance and use campaign insights to improve editing approaches.
• Manage projects independently using ClickUp and meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Help grow the in-house creative team by developing repeatable editing practices and exploring AI tools.
• Produce approximately six videos per month, varying by format and complexity.
