Job summary

Jobgether in Italy is seeking a Performance & Growth Marketer for a partner company. You will own acquisition strategies, optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, and connect paid media performance to business metrics for DTC and eCommerce brands.

Collaborate with growth strategists, CRO, and senior stakeholders to forecast budgets, build financial models, and drive profitability. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent English communication, and a full-time exclusive

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC or eCommerce brands.
• Experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• In-house or brand-side experience with DTC/eCommerce is preferred.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen: CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, contribution margin, payback periods.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive profitable growth for DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Develop structured testing strategies across channels, assets, audiences, offers, and funnels.
• Manage large paid media budgets with data-driven investment decisions.
• Monitor performance, diagnose inefficiencies, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
