Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a PPC Specialist based in Italy for a remote, full-time position. You will manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms to drive qualified traffic and leads.

You'll own planning, execution, performance analysis and budget management, collaborating with marketing, analytics and web teams to improve ROI and conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads (search, display, remarketing).
• Experience with Google Analytics, tag management systems, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data and act on insights.
• Excellent written communication and ad-copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, audience targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies.
• Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms.
• Develop compelling ad copy and test different creative variations and messaging.
• Track metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, impressions, conversions) and optimize bids and targeting.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve landing pages and user journeys.
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking, UTM parameters, pixels, and analytics tools.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Forecast traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI using historical data and trends.
• Share insights across marketing channels to align paid media with SEO and content.
