Huzzle is seeking a commercially-minded Performance Ads Manager to drive high-quality lead generation and growth for our clients. In this role, you will own the success of client open days, ensuring events are fully booked while maintaining efficient acquisition costs.

• Broad digital marketing knowledge to support a small, agile team

• Experience implementing AI tools and building automations

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale paid social campaigns to keep client open days full
• Maintain and optimize CPL within target ranges
• Improve Lead-to-Booking rate through funnel analysis
• Conduct competitive research to keep clients leaders in local markets
• Develop and test new creatives with content creators
• A/B test landing pages to maximize conversions
• Provide detailed monthly reporting and insights
• Use Anytrack for server-side tracking and attribution
