Adventura Srl seeks motivated, results-driven individuals to join as Remote Setters. This key role fuels our sales pipeline, ideal for those with a hunter mindset who initiate contact and create new opportunities.

No prior experience required because we provide full training and ongoing support. You will pro-actively reach out to businesses from lead lists (cold and warm), qualify prospects, schedule demos for our Closer team, and keep CRM records accurate.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial attitude, resilience, and determination.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Good organizational abilities and self-motivation.
• Availability to work a minimum of 3-4 hours per day.
• No previous experience is required for junior roles.
