Job summary

Ecovacs Europe GmbH is seeking a senior E-commerce Manager to lead multi-channel sales initiatives across Europe. The role focuses on driving online growth, optimizing promotions, and managing key accounts including Amazon Vendor/Seller platforms.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in e-commerce, experience in consumer electronics, and strong data analytics. English proficiency and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in e-commerce or related field.
• At least 3 years in e-commerce.
• Experience in consumer electronics is a plus.
• Experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller accounts is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms' system structures.
• Strong data analytics.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Strong English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Multi-Channel E-commerce sales strategies.
• Drive E-commerce sales growth to support profitability and market share.
• Manage all aspects of sales and marketing including forecasting, promotions, negotiations, reporting.
• Conduct market research to identify ways to increase market share.
• Monitor weekly sell-out and inventory, and adjust plans to hit targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on promotions, content, media and contact strategies.
• Contribute to marketing strategy for product requirements, branding, and channel promotions.
• Summarize market trends and propose feasibility plans to the company.
• Negotiate annual contracts independently.
