Amazon Inc. is seeking an Account Manager (Senior Brand Specialist) to own strategic relations with a portfolio of complex vendor accounts across EU marketplaces. You will develop unified business plans, drive growth, and lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-evolving environment.

You will use data analytics and generative AI tools to identify opportunities in selection, lifecycle management, and marketing, while mentoring junior team members and aligning with multiple internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or relevant background.
• Fluent written and verbal English (C1).
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, or client/vendor-facing environment (sales, negotiation).
• Experience owning end-to-end account or business performance outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience managing or influencing senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive growth strategy for Pan-EU vendor accounts.
• Develop and own Vendor Growth Plans (VGPs) and contribute to Joint Business Planning (JBP).
• Lead Pan-EU supply-chain strategy, driving cost reduction and operational improvements.
• Define and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and brand growth.
• Drive strategic selection expansion and product lifecycle management.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with internal teams and translate insights into recommendations.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
