Replika is seeking a Motion Designer for Growth to lead the motion behind paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll take concepts to finished ads, iterate based on performance, and help maintain a strong Replika presence across social channels.

The role involves owning end-to-end motion craft, from hooks to final edits, with a fast-paced, high-volume workflow and a strong emphasis on on-brand visuals that drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong motion design portfolio showing real paid campaigns.
• Excellent eye for composition, color, and timing.
• Ability to craft hooks, emotion, and clear CTAs in short formats.
