LABEL ROSE is seeking a marketing professional to manage advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest (and possibly Google Ads). You will structure, launch, monitor budgets and optimize daily, while preparing reports and refining content for campaigns.

The role requires data-driven decision making, an analytical mindset, and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude. In-person work at our Istrana (TV) headquarters is expected, with full-time hours.

Competenze

• Concrete experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads (Google Ads a plus).
• Ability to read data and make strategic decisions.
• Systemic and analytical mindset.
• Ability to document processes and workflows.

• Structure and create campaigns through ads managers of Meta, TikTok, Pinterest (and Google Ads).
• Manage the dedicated advertising budget.
• Optimize campaigns based on daily performance.
