Job summary

Pillar, Milan-based startup, is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to own Meta and TikTok campaigns, driving lead generation for Italy and Spain. You will collaborate with designers, sales, and CRM teams to translate performance insights into compelling creative briefs and scalable campaigns.

You will implement a structured creative testing framework, safeguard lead quality, and scale across markets. The role reports to Growth & Performance Manager and focuses on Italian and future markets,

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads for lead-generation campaigns.
Ability to design and implement a creative testing framework with measurable results.
Experience briefing designers, video editors or creators to turn insights into ads.
Native-level Italian and fluent English.
Experience with CRM integrations and marketing analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Own Meta and TikTok performance end to end: structure, budgets, bids, Lead Ads, Instant Forms and website conversions.
Build a creative testing engine with clear hypotheses and a regular testing rhythm.
Turn insights into actionable briefs covering angles, hooks, opening seconds, formats and messaging.
Connect campaigns to business outcomes with reliable CRM signals and platform integrations.
Protect lead quality by optimizing forms and messaging to attract qualified prospects.
Scale campaigns across markets by adapting winning concepts for new audiences.
