Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an Account Operations & Farming Specialist based in Italy. You will own account access, lifecycle management, subscriptions, and operational processes to support Media Buying teams.

The role focuses on building Meta account farming infrastructure, handling proxies, 2FA, verification, recovery, and automation. You will identify quality issues and improve processes for scalable, reliable account operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Meta farming and account infrastructure.
• Experience with proxies, 2FA, verification, and recovery.
• Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee access, provisioning, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain account inventories and current operation statuses.
• Build and improve Meta account farming processes.
• Prepare advertising accounts for Media Buying teams.
• Collaborate with Farm teams to share knowledge and improve practices.
• Identify repetitive processes and specify automation requirements.
• Monitor account quality and analyze losses, blocks, and issues.
