Qualifications

• 2+ years using Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or similar CRM platforms.
• Practical experience with A/B testing and experimentation across digital marketing channels.
• Proficiency in mobile analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Periscope.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Understanding of user psychology, engagement drivers, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and optimize CRM campaigns using Braze with advanced audience segmentation and personalized engagement.
• Build dynamic, behavior-based lifecycle journeys using Liquid logic.
• Manage Braze custom attributes to improve targeting and relevance.
• Collaborate with data analytics teams to translate insights into CRM strategies.
• Develop and refine HTML modifications within Braze templates for cross-device consistency.
• Design and execute A/B tests across campaigns and analyze results to improve metrics.
• Monitor campaign performance with mobile analytics platforms and report findings to stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance on Braze capabilities and integrations to team members.
• Apply user psychology insights to lifecycle communications for mobile growth.
