Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist (Remote) on a full-time basis to design, develop, and deliver training programs that raise employee skills and organizational performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and implement effective solutions across a distributed workforce.

The role emphasizes instructional design, LMS and e-learning tooling, facilitation and measurement of program impact.

Competenze

• Experience developing training programs for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning tools.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze training data and measure program impact.
• Experience with instructional design principles.
