Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs remotely. The role focuses on improving employee skills and organizational performance through LMS-enabled learning solutions and instructional design.

The contract is up to 12 months with potential extensions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and implement effective training that aligns with business objectives in a distributed workforce.

Competenze

• Experience designing training programs for diverse audiences.
