Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs on a remote, global basis. The role focuses on enhancing employee skills and organizational performance through cross-functional collaboration and modern instructional design.

The ideal candidate will have strong LMS experience, facilitation skills, and the ability to measure training impact.

Competenze

• Experience developing training programs for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with LMS and e-learning tools.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze training data and measure impact.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles preferred.

Mansioni

• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for employees across multiple departments.
