Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs. This remote, full-time role reports to leadership and lasts up to 12 months with potential for extension.

You will identify learning needs and implement effective solutions across the organization. You will design materials, conduct assessments, run live and online sessions, and measure impact to improve performance.

Competenze

• Experience developing training programs for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with LMS and e-learning tools.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze training data and measure impact.
• Experience with instructional design principles (preferred).

Mansioni

• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for employees across multiple departments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
• Partner with leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives.
