Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs for a global information services leader. This full-time, remote role supports a distributed workforce and runs for up to 12 months with potential extension.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, create engaging materials and e-learning modules, and measure impact with feedback and metrics, helping elevate employee skills and organizational performance.

Competenze

• Experience designing training programs for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with LMS and e-learning tools.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze training data and measure impact.
• Instructional design principles experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Design and develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions.
