Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs that boost employee skills and organizational performance. The role is full-time and remote, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs.

You will create materials, assess needs, run live and online sessions, and measure impact using feedback and metrics. The position offers a 12-month contract with potential extension for high performance.

Competenze

• Experience developing training programs for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in LMS and e-learning tools.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze training data and measure program impact.
• Experience with instructional design principles preferred.

Mansioni
