Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs on a full-time basis. This remote role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and implement effective solutions across a distributed workforce.

You will create training materials, facilitate live and virtual sessions, and measure impact through feedback and metrics.

Competenze

• Experience developing training programs for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in LMS and e-learning tools.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze training data and measure program impact.
• Experience with instructional design principles preferred.
