Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs. The role is remote on a full-time basis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify needs and implement effective learning solutions.

The position focuses on enhancing employee skills, measuring program impact, and aligning training initiatives with business goals. The contract duration is up to 12 months, with extension potential based on performance.
