WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while documenting interactions in our CRM.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2+ for training and communication.
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
