WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team. This fully remote role lets you work from anywhere in Greece, handling Italian-language inquiries via phone, email, and chat, while delivering a top-notch customer experience.

You will participate in paid training, benefits include a performance bonus up to 10%, and ongoing career development in a multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English – B2+ for training and internal communication
• Experience in Customer Support or related roles is a plus, but not required

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
