WW Talents seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will address Italian inquiries via phone, email and chat, contributing to an outstanding customer experience within an international team.

No prior experience is required; you will receive paid training from day one. The role offers a salary of €1,050 gross per month paid in 14 salaries, plus a 10% performance bonus and full relocation support for EU movers.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian language at C1/C2 level.
• English language skills at least B2+ for training and internal communication.
• No prior experience required; full paid training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
