WW Talents in Greece is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from anywhere in Greece. You will handle Italian customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service in a multilingual international team.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; salary is €1,050 gross per month with 14 payments, plus a performance bonus up to 10%.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level and English – B2+ for training and communication.
• Experience in customer support is a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Document interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand platform features.
