FH Collective - Academy is seeking an Italian-speaking customer support specialist for a fully remote role, with a relocation package to Greece and paid training. Work from anywhere in Greece with a 5-day, 8-hour schedule and rotations.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction while using CRM tools in a fast-paced international team.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team.

Responsabilités
