Responsibilities include handling inquiries, guiding users through products and platform features, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate documentation. Fluent Italian and English are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) for training and customer support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities
